I created this beautiful, unique, and special place — a place that can hold you, a place that held me for so long — because I wanted to make it perfect, so you could feel the way I felt growing up here. Surrounded by nature, held safely, allowed to imagine anything was possible.

Introducing The Kat Florence Reserve, an exclusive 100-acre private nature sanctuary, encompassing protected forest and wildlife, 2500 linear feet of secluded riverbanks and 100 acres of a private natural reserve of the famous Elora Gorge.

By invite only (*to protect the land), guests will experience the grounds with our Private Reserve Guide, exclusively one couple at a time to enjoy restorative forest walks, local wildlife spotting, and luxury picnics at the Grand river. The conservation is not and will never be intended for the masses; I passionately purchased this land in my hometown to ensure it never gets corporation-developed on, and that this sanctuary of my childhood remains lovingly cared for but vastly untouched for the plant and wildlife within.

A year ago, Coco Rocha came to Elora and let us show her something quiet - a life I’d spent years building, stone by stone, room by room.

This week, she’s home again, and this house has grown. The Kat Florence Reserve is open. Imperial Jade Manor is open. And a Chef-led supper, made for you, is now part of every night you stay.

This is the most significant evolution since the day we first opened our doors - quietly, on purpose, the way most things worth having begin.

Watching Coco move through it again - the Infinity Pâtisserie by day, the table set just for her family by night - I’m reminded of why I built this. Not for scale. For the feeling of being truly, personally cared for, in a place that was made once and will never be made again.

Thank you, Coco. Like the stones I source, like this house - there is only one of you.

Jeremejevite is rarer than diamond. Most gemologists go a career without holding one this size in their hands.
