Elora, Canada has been carved by water and built from stone since before Confederation. Its limestone streets, its gorge, its flat iron building - the architecture here has always known what it was.

The Commercial Hotel opened on Mill Street in 1848. This spring, restored to its original limestone facade, it is the Kat Florence Hotel. Five suites. A garden waking up after a long winter. Interiors composed with the same devotion to craft and provenance that defines everything we do.

There are travellers who choose a destination because of what was built there, and how well it was kept. This was made for them.
