A memory from our very first winter.
Last December, as we opened our doors, the Kat Florence wore its lights for the first time: windows aglow, the Grand River hushed beneath fresh snow, our 1848 limestone house warmed for the season. In a few short weeks, it will look this way again.
We have always believed the most meaningful gifts are not wrapped, but lived. A few unhurried nights with your mother. A long-awaited escape with the one you love. Or a rare stretch of time that belongs entirely to you.
Each stay is composed in full: evenings at the tables of our resident chefs, private w**e tastings led by our sommelier, journeys out to the Kat Florence Reserve, in-suite massage, and the outdoor Nordic spa beneath a winter sky.
