Algonquin Basecamp Outfitting and canoe rentals in Algonquin Park. We are located Kearney directly on route to access points 2 - Tim River, 3 - Magnetawan Lake and 4 - Rain Lake.

Located on the west side of Algonquin Park, primarily serving Access Points 2, 3 and 4. Our specialty is complete outfitting and rentals. We have everything you need for backcountry rentals and our small shop is fully stocked with everything that you would need for your backcountry adventure! Let our Basecamp be your space to meet your group, prepare your trip, have a coffee, and get last minute supplies.

Long weekend report:

We are gearing up for a busy weekend and it is so nice to see all of you excited to get into the park, it was a long winter!

The forecast looks great. We finally have some nicer temperatures and sunshine ahead.

We are still ahead of bug season, sure they may pop out a bit this weekend with the temperatures but they will be minimal and probably not biting yet.

Water temperatures are still very cold so please paddle safely and be prepared. Questions are always welcome if you need help planning and preparing for your trip!
