If you’ve stayed at The Bayview House, you may have noticed a few empty picture frames. 🖼️

Well, they’re finally getting filled! I’m so happy to be adding artwork from Tanya Sinnett Photography to the house. 📸❤️

Just need to make a quick trip to Walmart to print the pictures… because apparently decorating is a process. 😂

Can’t wait to see these little pieces of Erieau life up on the walls! 🌊

Every time a guest leaves, I notice that this little plush toy, tucked high up on a shelf, has been touched. 🥹❤️

He caught my eye in the store, and I immediately knew I had the perfect home for him at The Bayview House.

It makes me smile knowing that he’s bringing a little bit of joy to our guests, just like he did to me when I first spotted him.

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make a house feel like home. 🏡❤️

Do I stay… or do I go? 🤔🌿

When we purchased The Bayview House, I thought the vine-covered pergola was one of its most unique and charming features.

Lately, though, I’m starting to question it. Between the spiders, constant trimming, and debris from the vines, it’s a lot of upkeep—and it can make the space look messy no matter how hard we work to maintain it.

So I’m curious…

If this were your property, what would you do?
🌿 Keep the vines because they’re beautiful?
✂️ Remove the vines but keep the pergola?
🪚 Remove it all and start fresh?

Is the beauty worth the extra effort? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

At 10 years old, Molly has been on camping adventures, road trips to Florida, and even racing trips across the USA. She’s taught us that our pets are family, too. Their lives are far too short, so every chance we get to make memories with them is one worth taking.
