Bay River Inn & Suites is excited to announce that site preparation has officially begun for our upcoming motel and pool expansion project!

As work gets underway, guests and visitors may notice an increase in semi-truck traffic, heavy machinery, construction vehicles, and occasional noise in and around the property. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions while we work to bring these exciting new additions to our facility.

We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the construction process. This expansion represents an important investment in enhancing the guest experience and creating new opportunities for visitors to enjoy Bay River Inn & Suites for years to come.

Safety remains our top priority. We ask all guests and visitors to exercise caution around designated construction areas and follow any posted signage.

We look forward to sharing updates as the project progresses and thank you for your continued support!
