Every guest's safety is our concern and priority. We have always been careful to present our accommodations to a high standard, regarding our cleanliness, and have received reviews to indicate this. However, due to the recent concerns, we are spending more time cleaning throughout and ensuring surfaces are cleaned to reduce any risk for our guests. We ask that guests looking to arrive to please be patient, as the changeovers will take more time and we will do our best to get them ready without any delays if possible.

FORT ERIE Municipality now requires ALL short term rentals to be LICENCED in 2020 and meet the requirements and insurances. Make sure you stay in one that is LICENCED. We take your comfort and safety seriously. Some hosts cut corners by not applying or registering for theirs - Stay safe

The Fort Erie region has introduced Licencing for 2020 and there is now a legal requirement that all short term rentals should now meet a minimum standard and meet certain requirements outlined for the safety of the visitors. We are pleased to announce that we are one of the first 3 properties in the area to apply and comply and have now been awarded with our licence.
