Jermaine, who brought home the award this evening for the Best Customer Service in the Accommodation category is our beautiful and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor from the Phillipines! She'll be sure to make your stay with us extraordinary! Make sure to stop by to congratulate her on this outstanding award.

Kate, who came to Fort McMurray from Ontario, was nominated for Best Customer Service in the Dining category! Kate is our Jill-of-all-trades in our food and beverage department helping out in our restaurant, lounge and banquets! If she can't get you to smile, no one will!
