We are looking for a long term tenant in one of our 1000 sqft condos located at Katepwa Beach. 2 bedrooms, den, 1 bathroom. Comes furnished with wifi, tv, natural gas bbq, patio table/chairs, appliances including washer/dryer, plates/glasses, etc.
Rent is $1550/month with a damage deposit upfront $1550. Rent includes all utilities…you’re only extra cost is emptying your own septic tank as needed. Located in the village of Katepwa Lake so a short walk to the beach/bar/golf courses etc. Proof of work required and past references are liked. Any questions or interest in viewing the property let us know.
