Hello everyone here is Pete Dever’s fish report. Thanks once again for your great report buddy.
Here are some photos of the many 41-46 inch pike we caught on our recent trip to Taltson's. We thought we had the trip of a lifetime in 2022 but this trip was even better. We really crushed them. 42 of the fish were 41" up to 46". Of those 42 tropys, 20 of them were 44's-45's. Just unreal. Throw in the bonus of Garet nailing a moose in camp and we had fresh moose for dinner! Just doesn't get any better. The entire staff took good care of us all week. The boats and motors worked great and the food was amazing, plus Don had us laughing our asses off all week. The fishing was pretty much non stop the entire week. Of the many, many top rated destinations I have fished in my lifetime, nothing even comes close to Taltson's for pike. Many thanks to Don, Garet and Bruce. Will see you again for sure.
