Skyline Campus Inn Welcome to Campus Inn, a privately owned off-campus residence for students during the academic year. Welcome to the Skyline Campus Inn! We operate on two levels.

We are located minutes away from the center of Fredericton. From September 1st to April 31st we operate as a privately owned university residence. The Skyline Motel is opened May 1st - August 31st as a seasonal motel operation. During the academic year, Campus Inn becomes a privately owned off-campus residence for the students. unswick, Skyline Motel is a popular choice for all students. Residents sign a lease for 8 months (September 2017 till April 2018), and can stay at Campus Inn on a monthly basis during the summer if they wish. Rent is $605 every month, this includes utilities, cable T.V, and internet. We also have staff come in to clean the room once a week! We are located on Forest Hill Road with a bus-stop on site. Students can easily take advantage of the public transit to get to and from school, however we are within easy walking distance UNB, STU. and NBCC.
