Long Ridge Cottages We are located in Garnish on the Burin Peninsula. This region has a historic connection to the sea and is a gateway to the French Island's of St.

Pierre & Miquelon. Our beautiful cottages are nestled on a high ridge with a spectacular view of Fortune Bay.

One thing I can honestly say I love about Long Ridge Cottages is the people! I know it’s not possible to meet everyone and have a conversation, but when i do it’s a big high light of my day .
Just being able to tell some of the beautiful places to explore , places to eat and some history of the Burin Peninsula gives you a sense of pride .
Being a part of the tourism community it’s a busy one and sometimes a lot of work , but a very rewarding experience. Especially when you receive positive feed back and you feel you have helped someone enjoy their stay at your place .

Yesterday day I finally had the privilege of meeting one of Long Ridge Cottages long time supporters of Long Ridge Cottages . Monique Audoux along with two other beautiful ladies dropped by for a visit . Monigue along with her sister was regulars with Theresa & Horatio Cluett.
Horatio even got the time to stop by to see Monique and a chance for a photo for old time sake .
Looking forward to seeing you again in September.
