As we get close to wrapping up another season, we want to update everyone on upcoming seasonal closures.

On Monday, September 28:

• 🚿 The shower house & laundry building will close for the winter.
• 🔌 Power to the campground will be turned off.

As we wrap up another season at Last Mountain Regional Park, we would like to take a moment to recognize and thank our amazing summer staff! Front gate: Catrina, Audrey, Anwyn, Claire & Alissa, Lmrp Rec Hall Paige, Hadley, Madden, Alissa, Kinslee & Bailey, Maintenace: Gabrielle, Trystan & Justin and Last Mountain Regional Park Pool Carter, Alyssa, Barrett, Audrey, Kharington, Laityn, Logan, Devin, Austyn, Reid, Layton, Maguire & Danny.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes to keep the park running, and you have all done an incredible job. From helping our guests with a positive attitude and a smile to taking on whatever the day brought ( and Mother Nature!), you were always ready to help.

We truly appreciate your hard work and commitment throughout the season. LMRP couldn't do it without you!

To everyone who is back at school, good luck with your studies! We hope you have an amazing year!

Please Help Us Protect Our Young Trees! 🌳

Each year, Last Mountain Regional Park plants young trees to keep our park beautiful and replace older ones. To help them survive, we secure them with stakes and protective cages— for several reasons one of those being to protect the trees from deer. 🦌

Recently, someone has been removing these cages and stakes, leaving them piled next to the trees. We politely ask that whoever is doing this please stop, as it puts our young trees at risk.

If you see anyone other than park staff tampering with the trees, please let us know by emailing: [email protected] or talking to maintenance staff.
