The sun has set on one incredible season. While we are sad that we no longer have any trails available… it really was super incredible.

Temiskaming Tim on behalf of all the Sno Travellers would like to thank all of our amazing landowners, volunteers, groomer operators, and our sponsors. We truly cannot do it without you.

Thank you!

Well… that’s a wrap on the 2026 snowmobile season ❄️

With the amount of snow still out there, we know there’s plenty of riding left — but after a full, busy season (and a couple bonus weeks we didn’t expect!), it’s time for us to shut things down and catch our breath.

We will now be closed for the season.

To everyone who visited, stayed, fueled up, shared stories, and made the trip north — thank you. Your support means everything to us, and it’s what keeps this place going year after year.

It’s been a great season, and we’re proud of it 🙌

Time for a little rest… and before long, we’ll be gearing up to do it all over again!

See you next winter 😁

What do you call a girl who catches fish?

March 19, 2025 - Hello Everyone

As you all can see we are starting to make trails available. The hard work is starting to pay off. Please use them this weekend after all this work.

The A107C is being a challenge – it is my hope that we can make some progress out there by the weekend. We have 4 of our 7 groomers down for the season and the one in Gowganda needs a part and even if it gets fixed it may not be able to move in all that snow.

South Shore Snowmobile Club has offered a groomer to us to help out – we’re working out logistics of the delivery.

The goal right now is to have the rest of the A Trail north of Temagami available by the end of the day today.

Happy Trails

We made the choice to turn the trail status red on all of our trails today with the exception of the A Trail between Temagami and Latchford. The groomers were unable to do anything productive today. We have a new plan for tomorrow to get parts of the A Trail open. The snow is very thick and it is very hard to stay on the trail with the groomers. Please be patient - we want to ride too. If our plan is successful trails will open one at a time just like they do in January.

Remember to stay off the Wabi river north west of the Golf Course Road Bridge.

TRAIL & ROAD UPDATE ❄️

Over the last 48 hours, we’ve received over 70cm of snow — and it’s still coming.

While our club is working hard to catch up, they’re currently dealing with:
• Heavy drifting
• Snow pushed from road plows onto trails and crossings
• A groomer that’s temporarily out of service

The team is putting in long hours to get trails back to their usual quality, but it will take some time.

What this means for riders: Conditions are currently limited and changing, and riding may be challenging in some areas. If you’re planning to head out, please ride with caution and check for updates before you go.

We’ll continue to share updates as things improve. We appreciate your patience—and a big thank you to the volunteers working around the clock to get things back in shape 👏
