Final day at the Great American Outdoor… and had so many highlights.

Meeting former Whitefish Lodge patrons who came here years back with their grandparents, the Turgeons (pic), another who came when hunting was part of the fishing experience. They talked of fishing when it was Lac Poisson Blanc, and fondly spoke of how they fished Lac Victoria, Bitobi and some other secret lakes.

Honoured to be carrying the next chapter forward. 🎣🏕️

And every single one of them says the same thing after day one:

‘Should’ve come sooner.’

When we bought our first cabin at Whitefish, these guys were the first to book.
Since then, they’ve come back year after year, encouraged our efforts, and shared many stories of the old Whitefish Lodge days - reminding us why this place matters.
