The cottages are south facing towards the lake and each cottage offer approximately 1600 square feet of living area, 35′ wrap around deck with view of the lake on a 1 ½ acre very private lots with approximate 140 feet of waterfront (each property) and a very large docks.
Flower Moon layout offers 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and large open concept entertainment room on the main level and 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry room on the lower level.
Harvest Moon offers 1 bathroom, kitchen, large entertainment room and 1 bedroom on the main level and 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry room on the lower level.
The cottages have a mix of pine hardwood and high end laminate flooring throughout and the most impressive floor to ceiling stone, wood burning fireplaces. The properties also include: fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, linens, towels, a large family room with large leather sofas, TV (with Satelite), DVD player (with a few movies for children and PG-13), PS2 gamming console (with many games, guitars, drums and microphones), lots of board and card games and a large 60BTU propane BBQ.
Each cottage also has an outdoor 8 person hot tub and firepit with abundant supply of firewood.
Our sparkling clean spring fed lake offers excellent swimming and fishing.
