I very season in the valley has its perks.. but when those beautiful autumn colours surround The Onyx it’s something we look forward to every year.

The vines crawling up the house go from a bright green to a vibrant burgundy.

The big tree by the chicken coop starts shedding an array of yellows and oranges…

And to make every valley fall nearly perfect.. the apple orchards out back truly take the cake 🖤

We can’t help it…

There’s just something so captivating about the library, we honestly spend most of our visits here.

The shelves are filled with hand picked books to keep you entertained and relaxed no matter how long you visit.

You’ll find card, board games, a record player and a few more Easter eggs hidden in this special room.

It’s a bit like stepping into the past and forced conversation and connection 🖤

We hope you love it as much as we do.

Meet Tina. 👑🐔 … Around here, she prefers to be called Queen T.

Head of security, unofficial greeter, and self-appointed supervisor of all backyard activities, Tina takes her role very seriously.

Whether she’s strutting through the orchard, inspecting the grounds, or reminding everyone whose property this really is, she runs a pretty tight ship.
