Happy Thanksgiving to our country crew.

We are so very thankful to all of our guests over the past couple years.

When we built these cottages some of the folks in our local community sort of looked at us sideways.

"Who's going to stay there?"
"So people just come to stay in the country?"
"Why?"

I always just smile. Because IYKYK.

I mean, why not?

Why not get out of the hustle & bustle of the daily grind?

Why not wake up surrounded by 40 acres of silence & wildlife?

Why not breathe in the calm & solitude?

Why not soak in the hot tub and stare up at the millions of stars?

I'd consider myself fairly well traveled. I have lived overseas and shared a country with 45 million people crammed in shoulder to shoulder.

I know what it feels like to run everyday from sun up to well past sun down- and never feeling like you've made any headway.

I know what the rat race feels like with every inch of my being

If you can relate- these cottages were created for you 🧡

It makes my heart happy to know you love these cottages too. So today, and everyday, Im thankful for you.
