Happy closing day to a wonderful client and friend! 🩷
In 2021, we set sail on Amanda’s journey into her very first home, and today, she’s passing that chapter along to a new family! Letting go of a first home is always an emotional roller coaster (all the feels!), but the future ahead is so bright and exciting. ✨
I’m incredibly grateful to have been a part of both sides of this milestone, helping Amanda buy her first home and now guiding her through her first sale. Being trusted not once, but twice, is something I never take lightly! 🫶🏻
Over the past year, 55% of my business came from repeat clients! People who worked with me once and chose to come back again. And another 26% were referral based!! That is truly the greatest compliment and an honour I’m so thankful for!!! 🥲
