🍂❤️ **THAT’S A WRAP ON ANOTHER CAMPING SEASON!** ❤️

As we close the gates at **Gray Creek Camping Resort** for the season, my heart is full of gratitude. 🏕️🌲

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who chose Gray Creek Camping Resort as your summer camping home! Whether you stayed for a night, a week, a month, or the entire season, thank you for being part of our little camping community. You helped make this another special summer filled with memories, laughter, connections, and beautiful moments. ❤️

You may have noticed I haven't posted as much on social media this year, and that was intentional. I found myself wanting to spend more time **living the moments rather than posting about them** — enjoying the beauty around us, connecting with people, and being present in the everyday magic that makes this place so special. 🌅💚 Sometimes the best memories are the ones we simply get to live.

A very special thank you to everyone who lent a hand with the day-to-day operations and helped keep things running throughout the season. Your kindness, time, and support mean more than you know. This place is made even more special by the people who contribute their hearts and helping hands. 🙏❤️

As we say goodbye to another season, I hope you all head home with wonderful memories, new friendships, and a little piece of Gray Creek in your hearts.

Enjoy the winter, take care of yourselves, and we look forward to welcoming you all back for another beautiful camping season in **2027!** 🏕️☀️

**Thank you for choosing Gray Creek Camping Resort. Until we meet again, keep making memories and finding joy in the little things.** ❤️

With gratitude,
Gray Creek Camping Resort 🌲💚

🌻Posting this Beautiful place for a lovely family here at Gray Creek Camping Resort.

🌺Turn-Key Summer Getaway at Gray Creek campground – $60,000

After six wonderful summers, it’s time for our much-loved summer place to become someone else’s.

We originally bought this setup from a lovely couple who spent their summers at the campground and snowbirded in the U.S. each winter. They had thoughtfully created an amazing summer home away from home, and over the years we’ve continued to add to it and make it our own.

Our family has spent countless weekends here with our three boys, their friends, family and neighbours. There have been late summer dinners, kids coming and going, evenings outside, and so many great memories. We also truly could not have asked for better neighbours.

The entire setup is being sold turn-key for $60,000, including:

2014 Sandpiper Destination Trailer
Large deck and outdoor living area
Full outdoor kitchen
Separate renovated guest bunky/trailer, with comfortable sleeping space for an additional 4 adults/guests
Two storage sheds
Large 10-seat outdoor dining table with chairs
Outdoor couch
New BBQ
Much of what you need to simply arrive and enjoy
This would be perfect for a family wanting a weekend escape, grandparents wanting a summer place where the kids and grandkids can visit, or anyone wanting to settle in for the summer without having to build and furnish an entire campsite from scratch.

It really is a special little place, and letting it go is bittersweet. We’ve loved our years here, but our family is entering a different stage and it feels like the right time for another family to enjoy it as much as we have.

Asking $60,000 for the complete setup.

$5000 Campground fees per year (paid up full for 2026). Possession date: As early as September 1, 2026
