The races were a great success and Nimrods was packed. I think we only had 3 tent sites left. This place just gets better and better and people have more and more fun. It’s an awesome campground to be at. Lots of things going on in the rec hall every weekend and lots of fun to we had. Our seasonalsare having a great time. And the racers that stayed over here had a great time as well. Some say they may be back just for the fun of it. Haters always gonna be haters, but it’s not gonna bring us down! We are also doing a lot of beautifying the campground to make it even nicer than it already is!

Our pirate day carnival is here again this year come and dress up like a pirate win the best costume for a prize and come join in some fun and games, popcorn cotton candy, and snow cones. We’re also doing a cardboard boat race at 2 PM. For more details visit our website at nimrodscampground.com go to the about tab and click on events and then click on view event! Five dollar admission fee to the general public. Come and party like a pirate! Support our local nonprofit organization! The event will run from 12 PM to 3 PM!

Full house again this weekend! I have never seen so many people enjoying the lake all at once! Made some new friends from old stomping grounds in Petawawa! They originally said they were from Pembroke because nobody’s ever heard of Pet. When I told him that I used to live there, they were like oh my God that’s where we’re from. We never say that because nobody’s ever heard of it.🤪😂😂😂Surprise surprise lol

Full house last weekend! Full house for Canada Day until Friday and almost full for the weekend!! Upper level is also packed full! And we have new walk in tent sites A&B across the lake! Just introduced them yesterday and rented one today! Business is booming! 😀👍
