Caretaker Wanted: Off-Grid Ocean View Property in Blandford, NS

I'm seeking a caretaker for my off grid ocean view property in Blandford NS. I've lived here full time for 9 months but due to a change in circumstances I am planning to move to be closer to family outside the province. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to explore off-grid living with little financial commitment.

My proposal:

You stay at the property in the two (mostly complete) tiny cabins whenever you wish, RENT FREE!

In exchange for rent-free use of the property, I ask for 5 full days of labour per month. This is ideal for someone staying there regularly or full-time. If you’d prefer to stay only occasionally, we can discuss a lighter arrangement (minimum 2 days/month). You may also spend $100 out of pocket on materials to substitute 1 day's work. For example one month you may spend $400 on curtains and rods and 1 day installing them.

There may also be an opportunity to run the vintage trailer on the property as an AirBNB this summer. You would manage, clean, and mantain it, we would split any profits.

We would have a 3 month trial period to see if the arrangement feels equitable to both sides.

All projects would be realistic for most people to DIY but handiness would come in handy. Tasks include:

Organizing & Cleaning
Sanding & Staining
Mowing $ lawn mantainence
Installing curtains
Spreading gravel
Other ideas you might have to benefit the property. You'll be staying there so I'll be open to your suggestions on what to improve next.

Other details:

20 minutes from Chester, 30 minutes from Tantallon, 60 minutes to downtown Halifax. 6 minutes to Bayswayer Beach, 15 minute walk to a beach that only locals know about.

A dog with good recall training would love to run around the 1.2 acre field
Likely not suitable for kids.
Propane, diesel heater, and tiny wood stove for heat.
Composting toilet. No water or septic
Generator and small portable solar panel, no electricity.

I will give you the tour and tips from what I learned from loving here 9 months.
