✨✨It has been our absolute pleasure bringing brunch to you for the past 9 years. We appreciate every moment, but is time for us to move on.
After months of negotiations with a landlord that is situated in a Toronto real estate market, we simply could not get a deal done. We were honest about our intention to close and let’s just say that news was not met with a very warm reception.
We wish anyone that takes this space the very best of luck. Now more than ever, this industry requires us to work together as owners of the property and businesses to make things work long term including fair rents and terms.
Our intention was to announce our plans to move on earlier to the public after we had made our decision but the relationship with the landlord deteriorated quicker than we expected it would.
