Thank you Anchor Glass for another job well done, squeezing the renovation in between guest stays.

We are happy to report that there is still plenty of firewood for enjoying campfires this summer!

This week was a hard one for our family, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Rosie girl. Rosie was with us from day 1 of our Fox Lake Retreat journey, not only as an integral part of our family, but as an ambassador for many of our guests. She was far from perfect - we had to replace a couple pair of boots in her early years, and all of our hunters learned that she could move much quicker than they thought when it came to scraps - but she was perfect for us.
Run free Rosie girl, we know that you are still watching over us 💔

A special thank you to our amazing guests that sat through the barrage of rain this weekend. We know it throws a wrench in plans but boy did we need it!
Kyle says that if you bring rain like that every time you come stay, free steaks on us 😆
