Saugeen Cedars Family Campground has so much to offer for people looking to get away, relax and have fun. A great location in the river to put your chair in and feel the warm water of the Saugeen River caress your legs. Go canoeing, do some fishing (brown, speckled and rainbow trout), Inner Tubing, get "launched" by the water slide into a 20ft deep hole, and swim to the "Lily Pad" to jump/dive off

-- or put your chair in the water and ENJOY!!! If something a little more physical is what you prefer, try your hand at horseshoes, or Shuffleboard at the Pavilion. Our River's Edge Snack Shack can take the hassle out of what to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner -- healthy choices are provided as well as delicious burgers, fries, onion rings, pop, novelty ice cream & lots of other items. Take a leisurely walk on the winding nature trails all within the park's boundary. Wildflowers galore - as well as deer, mink, muskrat, beaver, many varieties of birds! For a fraction of the cost for other venues, take advantage of our Pavilion, with the new outside Picnic Shelter for added seating, or a great outdoor dance floor!! We can help you decorate, cater your event, provide music -- whatever you need to make your day extra-special!!!! Full kitchen facilities available -- family reunion, business retreat, wedding, or just because!!! We can't promise the weather is always sunny & hot, but we can guarantee that we will make every effort to ensure that your time here is the best we can provide.

🎃👻 WHAT A HALLOWEEN WEEKEND! 👻🎃

Halloween at Saugeen Cedars was an absolute blast! 🧡 From costumes and trick-or-treating to spooky fun and our Haunted Trail, there was so much happening around the campground!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined in, decorated their sites, handed out candy, volunteered, helped behind the scenes, and made the weekend so much fun. We truly couldn’t put on weekends like this without our amazing camping community! 🕷️🦇

We loved seeing all the costumes, decorated sites, smiling faces…and maybe a few terrified ones coming off the Haunted Trail! 😂😱

The Halloween treat bags have arrived and we’re busy getting everything ready for next weekend’s craft! 🧡🕸️

We can’t wait to see all the creative ways everyone colours and decorates their bags before trick-or-treating! 🍬🎨

Great news — Group Site 1 has opened up for our Halloween Weekend! 👻🏕️

We also currently have the following sites available:
🎃 Site 304 (hydro and water) - small trailer or tent
🎃 Site 103 ( hydro and water) - small trailer or tent
🎃 Site 414 ( no hydro, water)
🎃 Group Site 1 (hydro and water) - 8 adults minimum.
