Our daily yoga classes are back all summer long and is included with every Day Pass & Overnight Stay! Whether you’re starting your morning with movement or unwinding during our peaceful 8PM evening classes, there’s a class waiting for you.

There’s something special about flowing with the sunset, feeling the evening breeze, and ending your day completely relaxed at Lungovita. See our daily schedule below:

🕙 Morning Classes
Monday & Thursday — 10:15AM
Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday — 10:00AM

🌙 Evening Sunset Flow
Tuesday & Friday — 8:00PM

All classes are one hour, beginner-friendly, and open to all levels.
