What a great weekend!! we put out some new outstanding desserts, like death by chocolate a glutton free delight .Strawberries trifle not to be trifled with.
John and Marilyn were great sports.

We had two amazing Vegan guests who stayed with us; they gave me the opportunity to create some vegan dishes for their dining experience, like fluffy vegan pancakes. Black bean dip with cassava chips and avocado. Chickpea potato curry roti with okra, zucchini and sweet potato in a light tempura batter. Sweet and spicy panko fried tofu. And because they were abstainers we juiced them up with a carrot banana strawberry delight.

Day One!! of my Ten days of juicing, lets call this one my Ultimate Detox.

Ingredients
• 4 Kale leaves
• 1 head of Broccoli
• 1 inch fresh Ginger
• Piece of Jalapeno pepper
• 2 handful of Parsley
• 2 Granny Smith Apples
• Ground Turmeric, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit through the feed tube of your juicer, send them through, stir, garnish with Turmeric, if using. Enjoy!
