185 WATER STREET CARBONEAR!!! Grab a friend and check it out!!!

Mark your calendars everybody… ❤️

The countdown is officially ON!

After weeks of hard work, long days, a whole lot of planning, and more than a few moments of doubt where we wondered if we were actually going to pull this off, this time next week, we’ll be able to say we did!

We’re so excited to announce that Ruby’s will officially be opening for business on Wednesday, September 16th, from 11am-7pm! 🥂

We’ve all been working so hard behind the scenes to get everything just right, and we truly can't wait to finally share what we've been working so hard on with all of you.

And this is just the beginning… 👀

Over the next few days, we’ll be sharing our menus, pictures, business hours, and lots more as we get closer and closer to opening day. There's still plenty more to come, so be sure to keep an eye on our page!

We hope to see you at Ruby’s! ❤️
