Everyone at Billie Bear was saddened to hear the news that Bob Hutcheson passed last week. He was a steward of this lake and the entire Muskoka community, and our sincerest condolences to his family and all who loved him. Billie Bear Resort, located on beautiful Bella Lake in Muskoka, Ontario, is hiring 2 motivated individuals to join our staff team for the Fall 2026 season.

We are a housekeeping cottage resort with a rich and unique history. Since 1906, Billie Bear has offered guests a retreat amid the water, forest, and rock of Muskoka. Billie Bear’s connection to nature includes over 800 feet of sandy shoreline, complimentary watercraft, hiking trails, and so much more. Our resort is all about family and friends!

This seasonal contract runs from August 24th until Thanksgiving weekend. Applicants must be able to undertake light manual work and be comfortable working independently. On-site accommodation is provided.

Full-time: 35 hrs/wk and 2 days off/wk

Rate of pay: $22.50 - $25.00/hr

Bear's Den is available Sat 18th July to Sat 25th July.
4 Bedrooms, large living-dining room, fireplace, large kitchen, screened-in porch, 2 BBQ's. Bed linens and cottage towels provided.
