Greetings campers!! Two of our beloved campers need our help! Heather and Adam Judd just experienced the loss of their home due to a fire. Luckily they and their pets were able to make it out safe. Now I am asking our incredible community to come together to help them rebuild their lives. I wasn’t able to get everyone in the hall at the same time, so we are missing Half of our guest! But feel free to photoshop yourself back in there!

I usually take videos and pictures of all of our delicious food made by our campers … and I didn’t do it this time because it all smelled so good that I was thinking with my belly and not my brain! Take my word for it, it was phenomenal 🤤

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for my campers’ ongoing support and participation that makes nights like these happen. Celebrating Thanksgiving with all of you fills my heart with such joy in ways you would never believe.

For those of you ending your season this weekend I want you to know that you will be missed. Until next year, cheers to the best campground and the worlds best community ❤️

Happy news for our Happy Campers!

Thanks to recent and forecasted rainfall, South Stormont Fire and Rescue is moving to a modified burn ban. The modified burn ban means recreational fires are permitted, however all other open-air burning remains restricted.

Here’s what you need to know:

🔥 Only recreational fires are allowed as outlined in the Open-Air Burn By-law. See here: https://loom.ly/1c42bY4
🔥 Your fire must be in an outdoor fire container and cannot be larger than 18” x 18” and 18” high.
🚫🔥The fire ban remains in place for ALL other open-air burning, including agricultural or windrow fires, or anything larger than a recreational fire.

Let’s keep our community safe—please burn responsibly! Always keep your fire under control, never leave it unattended, and ensure it’s fully extinguished before you leave or head inside.
