aces make The Land Yacht the ideal choice for family getaways. Too many features to list, but notable are the wraparound glass solarium, hardwood floors throughout, open great room / dining room with soaring tongue and groove ceilings plus a 2 storey cultured stone fireplace with insert. Not to mention the indoor saltwater pool complete with rope swing! The living area is open to the gourmet kitchen with African granite counters, fabulous eating island with lazy susan, Jenn-Air cooktop, built-in wall ovens and solid maple cabinetry. The two bedrooms on the main floor both offer ensuites, and enjoy panoramic ocean views. (One is equipped with a king and one with a queen.) On the walk out lower lever there are three bedrooms of varying sizes. The first has limited views and is perfect for late sleepers. (King) The second and third feature breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. One of these bedrooms is set up as a family suite and sleeps four to six. (Two queens plus a kids loft that sleeps two to three ) The other is equipped with two day beds that convert to two kings. These three bedrooms share a huge bathroom. There is a deep water mooring and abundant sea life to enjoy - osprey, dolphins, sea otters. What more could you ask for? Please note that the pool will be reopened for the season in April 2016.
