Our hearts go out to the residents of Jasper during this challenging time. We deeply appreciate the tireless efforts of Parks Canada, first responders and everyone on the ground for all their difficult and diligent work to save the town of Jasper and its critical infrastructure, as well as the surrounding resorts and tourist locations.
On July 26th, 2024, .canada was able to confirm that our beloved Jasper House Bungalows was destroyed by the Jasper Fire Complex that approached from the south of the town. We have many fond memories of all the old cabins and the 68 years of catering to our wonderful guests and visitors the Jasper from around the world.
For those with reservations, please be patient as we are working to process cancellations and refunds on a day-by-day basis. As we no longer have a telephone, you may send us an email at [email protected] and we will respond as time allows.
