To our neighbours, families, and visitors impacted by the wildfires — we’re thinking of you, and we want to help.
The Coast Capri Hotel is opening our Horizon Event Centre as a complimentary community gathering space, offering a place to take a break, enjoy some refreshments, connect with others, charge your devices, or simply find a moment of comfort during this difficult time.
We’re also offering outdoor pool access, based on availability, to those currently staying in temporary accommodations throughout the area.
And through our partnership with Mamas for Mamas, we’re accepting donations at our Front Desk 24 hours a day. There is an immediate need for essential items including new clothing, personal hygiene products, baby formula, non-perishable food, bottled water, school supplies, and other necessities.
Gift cards for groceries, restaurants, food delivery, and family activities are also incredibly valuable, giving families the flexibility to purchase exactly what they need, when they need it.
If you’re able to donate, please consider helping a family in our community. If you’re in need of a place to take a breath, connect, or find a little normalcy, our doors are open.
