Thailand Cuts Visa-Free Stay: Everything You Need to Know

Thailand is cutting its visa-free stay from 60 to 30 days, effective September 15, 2026, affecting 60 nationalities, including the Canada, US, UK, and Australia.
Travellers who need more time have an option: a further 30-day extension can be requested through Thai immigration authorities once in-country.

Hoi An, Vietnam - The Nhaan Resort & Spa Hoi An, Tapestry Collection by Hilton has opened as of August 2026.

Hilton has opened NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, marking the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand's first property in Vietnam. Located along the Co Co River in Cam Thanh village, the 174-room resort was designed by Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia, featuring biophilic architecture with locally sourced stone, timber, and panoramic windows.
Accommodation ranges from garden and river-view rooms to pool-access suites. Facilities include four dining venues inspired by Central Vietnamese cuisine, a rooftop eforea spa, infinity pool, yoga deck, fitness centre, and Kids' Club.

An Bang Beach, Hoi An Ancient Town, and Hoi An entertainment complex are within 10 minutes.

Air Canada is bringing back the non-stop Vancouver to Dublin, Ireland flight for 2027. Flights starting April 1, 2027 until October 25, 2027.

Adriatic Luxury Hotels’ Villa Argentina reopened in September 2026 following an extensive renovation of one of the city’s most iconic hotel complexes. Located just moments from Dubrovnik’s historic Old Town, the hotel brings together contemporary Croatian architecture and design with its carefully preserved cultural and artistic heritage, Mediterranean gardens and spectacular views of the city walls and the Adriatic Sea.

The renovation encompassed more than 2.47 acres. Together with Villa Orsula, the renewed complex now comprises 109 rooms and suites, combining its distinctive historic character with the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Among the property’s most important artistic features is the restored 1967 mosaic Dubrovačke varijacije by celebrated Croatian painter Ivo Dulčić, which has been returned to its original setting within the wellness area.

Villa Argentina has also joined The Leading Hotels of the World, a collection of more than 450 independent luxury hotels across over 80 countries.
