Brand new, modern contemporary loft in the established old neighbourhood of McKinley Landing, a cottage enclave on the shores of Okanagan Lake. It boasts 3 bedrooms with 9 foot ceilings ,each with it's own private en suite bathroom with heated floor , european wardrobes, queen size beds, 4K TV sets in every bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, induction oven, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher,coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates and utensils. To dine and relax there is a living room, open to the kitchen with 14 foot ceiling with the wall of glass to enjoy natural light and views of the lake and mountains. Sofa bed, table, chairs, 4 bar stools , flat screen TV is there all for you. We have built this house with intension of being a vacation home so all the walls are sound proofed and the doors are solid core, the flooring on the main floor is tiled and stained concrete on the lower level to keep the place extremely clean. For any laundry needs there is in unit full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Covered deck for those romantic evenings when you can seat there and enjoy absolute peace and quite. The house is located only 100 meters from the lake, at the end of the dead end street with ample parking for your car or boat. Five minute walk from the house we'll get you to the one of the nicest beach parks on Okanagan lake, where you can easily find your private paradise . Being a dog lovers ,we decided to accept pets, but they will have to be approved before booking. If you happen to bring one, this is a dog's heaven, miles of hiking trails, dog friendly beach and a 5 minute drive to the biggest dog park in Kelowna. For our fury guests, large dog bed is provided.
