Morning Tea, Movement & Meditation in the Greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing
(Snullustn; meaning gathering place)

Take a little time out of your day to slow down, recenter and reconnect with yourself. Sip tea, ground your feet, tune into your body and breathe in the warmth of Snullustn.

We’ll begin by choosing a tea grown here on the land, followed by slow, intentional movement guided by Danielle. From there, we’ll move into a grounding meditation and somatic tuning, creating space to settle the body, reset the nervous system and restore balance.

Stepping foot into the tropical greenhouse brings instant peace.

Join Danielle as she shares her knowledge and experiences through a series of meditations over in the warmth of the greenhouse over the cold months. Every Monday & Wednesday starting September 28th.

Come take your shoes off, ground, sip tea, and be with nature.

Fee: By donation
