A Message from the Brown Family:

Walleye Fishing is officially off to a fantastic start for the 2026 Season.
As Wiley Point Lodge officially OPENS today (05/25/2026), and as we eagerly await our first guests of the season to arrive today, we thought we’d sneak out and test the waters ourselves, and boy it did not disappoint!! 🎣

The Walleyes were snapping in about 28’ of water, we also caught Jumbo Perch, a ton of Bass, and a Northern Pike. 4 species in 1 quick afternoon- WOW!

We truly believe this is the real reason people choose to fish the Canadian side of Lake Of The Woods, and why more and more anglers are making the change to stay at a Canadian based resort destination this 2026.

A big thank you to all of our customers who are signed up for this year and also- any of you who may still be on the fence/ undecided, give us a call and ask for me personally, and I’ll be happy to talk fishing with you and be available to personally assist you with booking your trip of a lifetime!
