Kite View Resort Motel & Cottages is a family owned tourist operation, situated near Cabot Beach Provincial Park in Malpeque, just north of Kensington PE. linens, towels, etc., dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, salt, pepper, dish soap, electric/propane stove, fridge, coffee perk, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, propane BBQ’s. Our grounds are clean and free of
dangers so your children can run and play safely. There is a swing set and sand box, horse shoes and plenty of fresh air. We are a pet friendly establishment, however all pets must be on a leash, and please be responsible stoop and scoop. Dogs must NOT be permitted on the furniture in the units including on the beds.
**You are responsible for any damage incurred by your pet and will be charged for any damages done to our units.****

All prices are subject to provincial sales tax. Rates are based on 4 person occupancy: extra persons (regardless of age) is $10.00 per night or $50.00 per week in a two bedroom. One bedroom is based on 2 person occupancy: extra persons (regardless of age) is $10.00 per night or $50.00 per week. A week is seven nights, departing on time the following morning. Our Booking/Cancellation Policy: 1 Night Deposit required on all bookings 6 days or less, 2 Night Deposit required on all bookings 7 days and up, Minimum 30 day notice for cancellation and this will not be valid over voicemail, or deposit will not be refunded. Minimum $50.00 charge for all cancellations
