A question I get all the time!
"Brad, you're a plumber... why did you become a REALTORĀ®?" š¤
The answer is simple! it made perfect sense.
For years, I've been inside homes that most people only see on the surface. As a plumber, I've had the opportunity to see what lies behind the walls, under the floors, and beneath the ground. I've seen the good, the bad, and the costly surprises that can turn a dream home into a challenge.
That experience has taught me what buyers should look for, what sellers should address before listing, and what truly matters when evaluating a property.
Today, I use that knowledge to help my clients make informed decisions when buying or selling one of their biggest investments.
I don't just sell homes...
I understand them.
