Point Grondine has over 18,000 acres of scenic natural wilderness landscape, stunning river vistas and six interior lakes to explore. Point Grondine Park has over 29 kilometers of hiking trail, 67 kilometers of established water route, 26 backcountry campsites, and indigenous guided experiences.

Reminder!!! PARK OPERATION UPDATE FOR MAY LONG WEEKEND

The park remains closed for frontcountry camping and day use during the May Long Weekend.

Backcountry camping is open; however, trippers are reminded that maintenance has not yet been completed on any hiking or paddling routes. Visitors should use caution and prepare accordingly.

All backcountry campers are permitted to park on the Lake Access Road at the designated backcountry parking area.

Our Gatehouse team will contact trippers with further details prior to arrival. The gatehouse will only be open Monday to Friday until further notice.

Construction activities will continue Monday through Friday until June 26, 2026, when frontcountry camping will officially open for the season.
For more information please contact our head office at 705 859 2900 Monday to Firsay 9 to 4pm. We thank you for your patience as we complete the next phase of our Park development.

The park remains closed for frontcountry camping and day use during the May Long Weekend.

To our valued guests and supporters—thank you for your excitement about our new campground! 🌲🏕️

We want to let all front country campers know that opening day has been moved to June 26 due to ongoing construction. Our crews are working hard to complete the remaining 26 campsites including the RV Park with everything expected to be ready by Canada Day weekend🇨🇦

The good news? You can still plan your getaway.
