Here at the Inn we host a variety of events and yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting a lovely couple who had just gotten engaged on the lake 💍 If you or your loved ones have something special to celebrate, why not celebrate at our beautiful Inn— we’re more than happy to help set up and make your vision come to life! Last week we had the privilege of having some of the artists from the group come create works inspired by the Inn! In just 1 hour these incredible artists created beautiful pieces with their own touch, and were honoured to have been their muse 🎨🖌️

In 1879 when our historic Inn was created, a beautiful fireplace, complete with Chinese tiles and hand carvings, was built into the living room wall. In the early 1900s, the Bank of Montreal, Hochelaga’s newest owners, converted the fireplace into a double sided fireplace by moving it into the center of the room. The historic fireplace and it’s beautiful decor has been preserved with the other, newer fireplace and provides an alluring backdrop for our guests to admire ✨🕯️
