Kirkland Lake Residence is an ideal place to stay if you’re in Kirkland Lake for work for a limited period. Our professionally managed residence offers a secure, clean, friendly, and convenient home away from home for people staying short-to-long-term in Kirkland Lake. Our building is equipped with security cameras, security doors (locked outside of business hours), and friendly, approachable staf

f. We offer a range of rooms and pricing to meet your needs and budget: Single (shared bathroom), Double (shared bathroom) or Single room (private bathroom) and Double room (private bathroom). There is a common room downstairs with a big screen TV and is connected to the kitchen. The shared kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, and small appliances – everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals. There are also vending machines on site. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire residence building and parking are included in your stay. Housekeeping is provided once a week – all linens are changed. There is coin laundry available onsite, as well as a local laundry service that’s available – ask our staff for more details. Monthly Rates

Large Double Room with shared washroom: $1073.50 per month

Small Single Room with private bathroom: $870.10 per month
