Landscaped seasonal campsite located at Riverdale Tourist Camp on the Lee River. Site includes a spacious 2010 Eagle Super Lite 30.5 fifth wheel trailer, 12’x10’ Horizon shed (shed has finished flooring, wired with lights & plugs for fridge & other), large L shaped deck with a screened gazebo, fire pit, wood shed, 2 - 300 gal fresh water tanks (with cover) and a 500 gal in ground sewage tank. Site backs onto treed Crown land which provides privacy at back of the lot. There is parking for three vehicles (or 2 vehicles & a boat). 5th wheel trailer sleeps 6, boasts plenty of storage, an electric powered awning, all appliances in excellent condition, no leaks, well maintained, pet free & smoke free. Riverdale Tourist Camp is situated on the Lee River near Lac du Bonnet, MB. The campground offers a kids playground, private sandy beach and boat launch. There is a fully stocked convenience store as well as additional parking available for boat storage. Riverdale is accessed from a paved highway.
Reduced asking price $49,500. Yearly campground fees (including taxes & RM fees) are $2,973.97. LOT FEES PAID FOR 2026

Riverdale Tourist Camp has a private beach, a boat launch, a children's play area and structure, and also has an on-site grocery and liquor store!
