This winter, a new dining experience comes to Lake Louise.

Introducing Chef’s Stübli, an intimate six-course tasting experience from Chef de Cuisine Rupert Garcia, created for just 20 seats each evening.

Rooted in the hotel’s Swiss heritage, the Stübli has long represented a warm, welcoming place to gather. Chef’s Stübli reimagines that tradition through a more intimate dining experience, bringing together a sense of history, connection and a closer relationship to the kitchen.

The menu will evolve throughout the season, guided by exceptional Canadian ingredients, global influences and the creative freedom to work with what is at its best.

Choose to complement the menu with an optional w**e pairing, or explore the cellar more deeply with our Sommelier W**e Pairing, featuring a more elevated selection of w**es chosen to accompany each course.

Offered Thursday through Saturday from November 12 through March 31.

A rare evening of Tuscan w**e in Lake Louise.

On November 14, Castell’in Villa takes centre stage for a four-course dinner exploring both current releases and carefully selected back vintages from the historic Chianti Classico estate.

Among the highlights: a 2011 Marcolfo and 2000 Vin Santo, revealing just how beautifully these w**es evolve with time.

Hosted by Matteo Altare of Castell’in Villa, the evening will explore the vineyards, vintages and traditions behind each glass, paired with four courses from the culinary team.
