Good Afternoon Folks, From Lakeside Cottages on Beautiful Katchewanooka Lake~ We trust your all keeping well in staying safe and warm and we hope this awful Covid pandemic is behind us as we all try and move forward in all our life’s. Talking of moving forward…
this has to be for Eileen and myself, an extremely hard decision to make to retire from Lakeside Cottages. After the most wonderful 20 years, it’s been our home and resort we have shared with so many of you and seen many children grow into fine adults some now married bringing their own children to Lakeside Cottages and seeing a third generation of families still returning to our Paradise by the Lake~ Also to experience with many of you some the best personal fishing achievements! It makes us feel very proud as owners, hosts and friends. Thank you to each and everyone of for allowing us to be part of your vacations at Lakeside Cottages, the memories will stay with us forever.

The new owners Julia and Dan will be taking over end of March.
Eileen and I will be on hand to help with the opening of the new season. We will not be far away as we purchased a home close to Lakefield. We will miss seeing everyone each year catching up with all the news, watching those magical and sunrises and incredible sunsets, the evening campfires and talking of the big one that got away, and our famous camp quiz! But we will not be to far away for an invite to visit with you all.
