Kitchen: Recently renovated with news tile floor, fresh paint, new counter top, breakfast bar, Keurig, stainless steel fridge and dishwasher (good luck finding a 24" stove in stainless), microwave, and plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, p

lates and pots and pans. Bathroom: Recently renovated with new shower/tub, toilet, sink and tile floor. Clean and spacious, plenty of towels, shower pressure is decent. Bedroom 1 - Recently renovated with new laminate flooring, fresh paint, newer windows, dresser and wardrobe, Queen sized bed, and view of the water. Bedroom 2 - Smaller room with double bed (brand new mattress) and small closet space. Bedroom 3 - Smaller room with double bed and wardrobe, recently painted. Laundry Room - Only room not renovated but it is clean with a brand new washer and dryer available for your usage. There's a few tools here, as well as a towel rack for.............

The Hot Tub - Located on the deck overlooking the water. 5 person tub, a few years old, new cover, works great. If you plan to use it, please take care of it and keep an idea on the chemical levels. If you don't want to use it, let me know in advance and we'll shut it down for the time you are there. Deck - The hot tub, enough said. The deck runs along the whole length of the house and was just built a few summers ago. Other than the hot tub, there are a few chairs and a barbecue available to you. Turn on the deck lights at night!

Kitchen: Recently renovated with news tile floor, fresh paint, new counter top, breakfast bar, Tassimo, stainless steel fridge and dishwasher (good luck finding a 24" stove in stainless), microwave, and plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils, mugs, glasses, plates and pots and pans.

Bathroom: Recently renovated with new shower/tub, toilet, sink and tile floor. Clean and spacious, plenty of towels, shower pressure is decent.
