Larder Lake Lodge 2015 Larder Lake Lodge is a four seasons lodge located in Larder Lake Ontario. Larder Lake Lodge is located in the beautiful town of Larder Lake in Northern Ontario.

The lodge has recently been taken over by new owners, Ruby Everson & Rick Jones in August 2015. They both are looking forward to providing their customer's with a place to stay while visitors enjoy all the sights and activities that Northern Ontario has to offer! Larder Lake is located just a short walk away from the lodge if you would like to shoreline fish with the family and is equipped with a

boat launch if you prefer to go boating. Larder Lake Lodge is located 25 minutes (17 miles/27km) away from Kirkland Lake which provides stores such as, Foodland, Giant Tiger, The Beer Store, Tim Horton's, etc. Larder Lake Lodge is also just west of the Quebec border.

The Latchford Animal Sanctuary was invited to bring some of their animals to Larder Lake by our Larder Lake Library. The hit of the day was a baby kangaroo. They also had a Lemur, Albino Ferret, Hedgehog, Chinchilla, Bearded Dragon, and more. To the kid's delight, they got to pet or hold the animals.

The Larder Lake Library brings in other things to for the kids in the summer. Science North will be here again this summer. Last year there was a magic show. Many thanks to our Librarian for arranging it all for us.

Today was the town-wide yard sale. A great time to get out and see a lot of people and of course pick up a deal or two. This year I replaced some broken dishes with hard plastic and a bullet drink mixer. I also bought a lemonade and brownie from a young girl stand. It was well worth the dollar I spent. She was selling a lot. It would not surprise me if she made as much money with her stand her mom did with her sale.
