The Muddy Moose Restaurant and Inn We are a fully licensed establishment, with seating for 76. We offer a casual cafe seating area, as well as dining area. Come on in and check us out!

Our Lunch and Supper menu offers a wide variety ranging from wings, wraps and burgers, to panini's, steak, and pasta's. All of our entrees offer the choice between mashed/fries or rice, and come with a soup or salad of your choice. We have a seniors menu as well as something for our little hunters. Our Breakfast Menu offers a wide variety ranging from our delicious all day breakfast which includes

1 or 2 eggs, your choice of Bacon/Ham/Sausage/Bologna, home fires, and toast for only $7.75+tax, or add some pemeal bacon for $8.75+tax. For our hungrier morning people, we offer a Hungry Hunters Breakfast which includes 3 eggs, 3 meat selections, home fries, toast and your choice of a pancake or french toast for only $11.50+tax. We also offer eggs benedict, and Belgium Waffles. How about some mouth watering chocolate chip pancakes for the kids, just looking for a light breakfast? We also serve a beautiful Yogurt and Fruit Parfait..and much much more.

Today we are not only mourning but celebrating the life and legacy of Joyce Emmell. She was the heart and soul of Larder Lake and also The Muddy Moose, formally known as the Country Motor Inn. Everyone can attest to the type of person and coworker Joyce was. Not only was she incredibly hard working but she never let a shift pass without a laugh or a prank. It was truly a privilege to work alongside Joyce.

Past and present employees would like to extend their sincerest condolences to the Emmell family.
