It's like a permission slip to let go of our worries and immerse ourselves in the . And there is definitely something about changing our environment that makes it easier to let go.

What an exciting day! Today Family Respite Services announced that they have brought a Global Program to Windsor/Essex called .

Respitality is an innovative program that exists across the world, Windsor/Essex is now part of the Global Respitality Network. Family Respite Services is working in collaboration with the hospitality sector and businesses in the selfcare industry to meet the unique needs of caregivers/families caring for children with disabilities in our community, while looking to help rebuild and recover the hospitality sector.

We are so honoured to be working alongside to provide caregivers in the community a chance to recharge their batteries. We know this is an amazing opportunity and also a privilege. We look forward to providing a space that deeply nourishes and honours these incredible individuals.

Good morning beautiful beings,

Yesterday I was falling into a hole of should be doing's. You see after the amazing Goddess Retreat my kiddos were sick and I spent time cuddling them and loving them up. Truthfully it couldn't have come at a better time. January is pretty slow which gives me lots of time to connect with my littles. MOst of the time I can stay present in these moments and trust that my business will keep running smoothly and that the income I need will be there too.

But yesterday I was feeling all the thing's piling up and all the should have's came creeping in. I hadn't yet written a post about how amazing the retreat was and I was feeling like a failure. Then I recieved this incredible poem by voice note to my phone.

woke up yesterday morning with this poem flowing through her. What a blessing it was to receive such wisdom at such a moment. She has a way of hitting me right where I need it.

It was a brilliant reminder that I am right where I need to be and I can in fact breath. Take time for myself. Take time for my kids. Take time to be present and to love up on my girls.

I thought I would share in case any of you need the reminder too. Blessings to you all! May the love you give and the presence you hold shine so much light in your life!

This weekend couldn't have come at a better time. Planning this weekend brings me pleasure and joy. It's been a reminder of what life is all about.

and I are so excited to be hosting 8 beautiful beings of light for a full weekend. A weekend devoted to nourishing our bodies and minds. A weekend spent honouring the incredible humans we are. A weekend of celebrating our highs, our lows and our inbetweens. A weekend of remembering our sacred selves and the joy in stillness and surrender.

A weekend filled with connection, presence, service and community.

How exciting! We have 8 beautiful, courageous Goddesses joining us this coming weekend to celebrate the beautiful beings they are. and I have an incredible weekend planned for you all!

We will spend the weekend honouring our bodies, minds and souls. I am so grateful to each of the beings coming this weekend. It is going to be a beautiful reset for the upcoming year!
