We were absolutely thrilled to meet Kate Gallant this morning to receive a cheque from her incredible Pink Day fundraiser at Shangri-la Niagara Family Campground! This fundraiser celebrated 25 years of life since her first cancer diagnosis. With the support of her friends Lisa Gallagher, Joanna Duquette and Park owners Lisa and Jason Ward her event surpassed her goal of raising $2,500, raising $2,900 for cancer research!! We are so grateful to Kate for sharing her story with us, and gifting the Smithville Terry Fox Run with such a gift of hope and inspiration!!!
