How cozy do you like the cottage?

Although I've never had someone tell me that the colour of the kitchen cabinets affect the quality of life at the cottage, they do come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and shades of cozy!

On a scale of 1 - 6, how cozy do we like the cottage?
(1 = white and bright -> 6 = dark and cottage-y)

I am helping one of our lovely owners sell her cottage and move onto the next chapter in her life. 💜

She explained to me her thoughts on how much she loved this cottage.
One thing that stood out was how she looked at the costs associated with ownership.

She said she could justify the costs because when you consider the cost of the cottage, approximately $150,000, and factor in 10 years of site fees at approximately $10,000/year.
