UPDATE: It was returned anonymously with a message that the thief was apologetic for his actions... I'm happy to leave it at that.
EDIT: There are a lot of people who have expressed frustration that the thief wasn't caught or prosecuted. For the record, that was not OUR decision. The speaker was returned anonymously. We still don't know the identity of the thief. We agree, thieves SHOULD be punished...
